How to use: Brush through brows in short strokes with the applicator until you reach the shape you want. Let each coat dry briefly before adding another for a fuller, natural look. Pair with your favorite brow products.

Ingredients: Aqua, Pvp, Alcohol, Dipropylene Glycol, Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate, 1,2-hexanediol, Hydroxyacetophenone.
