Because many of our collections include wellness supplements, skincare, grooming products, personal care items, and made-to-order merchandise, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be considered if:

To request assistance, customers must contact House of Bon Temps within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

  • photos of the item

Claims submitted without supporting photos may not qualify for review.

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • store credit
  • partial refund

Non-Refundable Items

  • delayed shipping caused by carriers

Wellness, Supplement & Personal Care Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, wellness supplements, skincare, grooming, beard care, and personal care products cannot be returned once opened, used, or handled after delivery.

This policy applies to:

  • Mona Lisa’s Facial Oil
  • Monét’s Crown

Because these are ingestible or personal-use products, we cannot safely restock or resell returned items.


Beet Cancer Collection

Many Beet Cancer Collection items are made-to-order through third-party fulfillment partners.

Because products are custom produced after purchase, refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • wrong size ordered
  • color preference changes
  • style preference changes
  • buyer’s remorse
