Processing Times
Because many of our items are made-to-order, processing times may vary depending on the product category.
Estimated Processing Times
Apparel & Print-on-Demand Products
(Beet Cancer apparel, mugs, hats, totes, etc.)
- Processing Time: 2–7 business days
Wellness, Beauty & Grooming Products
(Supplements, skincare, beard products, wellness collections)
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days
Digital Products
(eBooks, guides, templates, downloads)
- Delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase
Shipping Timeframes
After processing, estimated shipping times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Economy Shipping: 5–10 business days
International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times vary based on customs and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- a shipping confirmation email,
- tracking number (if applicable),
- and carrier updates.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
Because House of Bon Temps partners with multiple fulfillment providers, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
For example:
- apparel may ship separately from supplements,
- skincare may ship separately from mugs or accessories.
This is completely normal.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
House of Bon Temps is not responsible for:
- delayed deliveries,
- lost packages,
- or returned shipments due to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.
If your package is:
- delayed,
- marked delivered but missing,
- or appears lost,
please:
- contact the shipping carrier first,
- check with neighbors or your local post office,
- then email us if additional assistance is needed.
House of Bon Temps is not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives:

- defective,
- or incorrect,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot legally be shipped to a customer’s location.
