House of Bon Temps Collective LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and, in doing so, adhere to portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, where practicable.

What We've Done

Our efforts to date include:

  • Descriptive alternative text on product and site images for screen reader users
  • Keyboard-navigable menus, forms, and buttons with visible focus indicators
  • Support for reduced-motion preferences, so animations respect your device settings
  • Sufficient color contrast on text and interactive elements
  • Skip-to-content navigation for keyboard and screen reader users
  • Accessible form labels and error messaging
  • Semantic heading structure and screen reader-friendly page landmarks

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is not a one-time project — it's an ongoing commitment. We regularly review our site and work to identify and fix accessibility barriers as they're found. While we strive to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards across our site, some areas may not yet be fully optimized, particularly content provided by third-party apps, embedded tools, or fulfillment partners outside our direct control.

Please describe the issue and the page where you encountered it, and include the assistive technology you were using if applicable (screen reader, browser, device, etc.). We aim to respond within 3–5 business days and will make good-faith efforts to address reported issues.

Third-Party Content

Our site integrates with third-party platforms (including Shopify, Printful, Supliful, and Blanka) for checkout, fulfillment, and select product content. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of these third-party systems, but we encourage feedback on any barriers you encounter, and we'll work with our partners where possible to address them.
