Orders & Shipping
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days depending on product category and fulfillment requirements. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please note that some items may arrive separately depending on the product collection or fulfillment location.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
Due to the personal care nature of our products, opened or used bath, body, skincare, grooming, wellness, or supplement items cannot be returned.
How to start a return:
Email us at hello@houseofbontemps.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, full name, and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you the return mailing instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as House of Bon Temps is not responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@houseofbontemps.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you regarding your refund status. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if the return meets our policy requirements.
